Being a rich source of iron, pomegranate stands out to be quite beneficial for the blood, further contributing in increasing the number of platelets in the body. Take this juice twice or thrice in a day.

Carrot, Cucumber and Lemon juice:

Neem leaves juice:

The juice increases the white blood cells and blood platelet count, drink aloe vera juice twice a day.

Guava juice:

Goat milk can be prescribed to a patient with the intention to maintain body fluid balance, as platelet transfusion if required from outside may not be possible in all cases.
